We have always focused on capturing the majestic wildlife of India, andmost recently – Sri Lanka, in their local habitats. However, in the process, the pristine beauty of Mother Nature, which is as significant as the creatures she shelters, has often been overlooked. This month we want to give importance to the spectacular natural beauty of the landscapes, greatly admired by all, but overshadowed by the mesmerising wildlife, which allow photographers to experiment with different techniquesto capture the habitats.

Corbett National Park
The destination we are covering this month is one of my personal favourites – Corbett National Park. One of the first tiger projects in India, Corbett also happens to be one of the oldest National Parks in the country. It is famed for its beauty among lovers of nature.

Photography is more than just a complimentary aspect of tourism. Not only can a good photograph make a place seem interesting to a prospective tourist, but it can also make an actual tour enticingly memorable.
